1).ORDERING

    You can place an order 2 ways:

         We require a 50% deposit with orders, with the balance due before shipping, and we accept credit cards (American Express, Visa & MasterCard), Paypal or checks.

           Some items are in stock and are shipped in less than a week. Others are made to order.  All of our items are made in the USA.

3.) RETURNS and CREDITS

         Since all items are custom made, any returns will be charged a 50% fee (chargeback) less costs (ie: freight and/or credit card charges), and are at the discretion of Sisal Lighting.
